In memory of John Huber
The past two years have brought incredible advancements in ALS research, expanded access to care for people living with ALS, and enabled legislation that impacts the quality of life of people with ALS and their families.
But we can't stop now. The key to a cure begins with you.
Please consider walking with me or sponsoring me. With your help, we will be able to make a difference in the lives of people affected by this disease.
John Huber lost his battle with ALS in 2022. He was diagnosed with an aggressive form of ALS in 2021 and passed away a year later. My maternal uncle and godfather grew up in Elkins Park, PA near Philadelphia. He was a sweet, kind, funny, and caring man. He was dedicated to his career as mechanical engineer and enjoyed a beautiful life with his wife and two daughters. His passions included walking, hiking, building model trains, home renovations, weekends with family, watching and attending Philadelphia sports events. He was so much more than this disease. He was a great son, brother, husband, father, cousin, uncle, and great-uncle that will be missed by many. Please help support us and many others in the fight against ALS.Thank you for supporting my ALS United Walk fundraiser! The ALS United Walk raises funds for local patient care programs and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.
