Join us at Citizens Bank Park this Sunday, October 25!

We can't wait to celebrate the ALS United Walk! The Walk will start outside the Left Field Gate. Since we will enter the ballpark, all ALS United Walk participants are subject to screening (walk-through units) before gaining access to Citizens Bank Park. Firearms, weapons, knives, tasers, and other dangerous or hazardous devices or substances (collectively "weapons") are prohibited at Citizens Bank Park. Only service dogs can enter the stadium. All other animals are prohibited from entering Citizens Bank Park in accordance with our insurance policy.

United, we walk for local care service programs, advocacy, and research. At the ALS United Walk, we show that no one faces ALS alone.

Home Care

The Howard I. Abrams In-Home Care Program provides grants to ALS families to help with the cost of home care and respite while working with a social worker on an individualized long-term plan for care.

Resources for Military Veterans

ALS United Mid-Atlantic is working every day to support people with ALS and their families, including our heroes who have served in the military and who are approximately twice as likely to develop ALS as those who have not served.

Resource Groups

ALS United Mid-Atlantic hosts Resource Groups throughout our service region to provide an opportunity for those living with ALS, caregivers, families and friends to be mutually supportive, exchange practical information, and share their experiences. We also provide support groups specifically for caregiver and bereavement support. All groups are free of charge.
