Why I’m Walking

For more than 27 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with BAYADA Home Health Care, where I have seen firsthand the difference compassionate care can make in the lives of individuals and families facing serious illness and disability.

This October, I’m proud to walk alongside Team BAYADA in the ALS Walk to Defeat ALS. For people living with ALS, the journey can bring tremendous challenges—not only for the individual, but for the family members and caregivers who walk beside them every day. No one should have to face that journey alone.

At BAYADA, our mission is rooted in helping people experience a better quality of life in the place they most want to be—home, surrounded by the people they love. That mission is very close to my heart, and it’s why I’m asking you to join me.

You can help in two ways: walk with me and Team BAYADA on October 25th at Citizens Bank Park, or make a donation to support the fight against ALS. Every walker brings awareness. Every donation helps fund critical care, support, advocacy, and research. And every act of support reminds families affected by ALS that there is a community standing beside them.
