ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is a cruel, relentless disease that slowly takes away the things we often take for granted: the ability to walk, to speak, to swallow, to breathe. 

Since 2024, I've been participating in the ALS Mid-Atlantic bike ride to support my cousin and his family as well as all impacted by this cruel disease as they continue to fight everyday. 

Every time I'm with my cousin I see his strength and courage, as well as love and support of his family. If you are able to, it would be appreciated if you could donate to ALS United in their efforts to battle this horrific disease.
