We walk for the patriarch of our family. Fondly known by most as Warren but to us he is Dad, Daddy, Pappy, The Papanator, and Paptart.
Our Dad is a proud Veteran of the Vietnam war and J.M. Storm said it best “And the truth is that all veterans pay with their lives. Some pay all at once, while others pay over a lifetime.â€
For those of you that don't already know, our Dad was diagnosed with ALS in September of 2023. Since then he has been battling to live his life as he always has. We admire our Dad's will to fight this head on! Our family's journey this past year has had its ups and downs, despite these trying times, we continue to keep moving forward together to support my Dad and my Mom as they navigate this new normal. One thing remains constant and that is our love for our parents and our desire to support ALS research to find more effective treatments.
